The Rule was substituted by the Rajasthan Various Service (II Amendment) Rules, in exercise of powers conferred Rajasthan service rules the proviso to Article of the Constitution of India.

The date of birth recorded in the Service Book/roll shall be accepted by the Govt. finally as it is, irrespective of the basis or authority on which it was entered. The date of birth recorded as above shall not be changed even by If any genuine case, proposal be sent for prior approval of F.

Power to relax rules. - (i) Regular recruitment for the purpose of this rule shall mean appointment after either of the methods of recruitment or on initial constitution of Service in accordance with any of the Service Rules promulgated under proviso to Article of the Constitution of India or from posts for which no service rules exists, if the posts are within.

(a) appointment by either method of recruitment 'or on initial constitution of service in accordance with Rules made under the proviso to Article of the Constitutions of India. (b) appointment to the posts for which no Service Rules exist, if the posts are within the purview of the Commission recruitment in consultation with them.

(a) "Commission" means the Rajasthan Public Service Commission; and (b) "Jurisdiction" with reference to the Commission means the powers, duties and functions of the Commission under the Constitution or any rules made under article thereof or under any law for the time being in force.

Procedure of the Commissions. (a) Appointment by either method of recruitment or on initial Constitution of Service in accordance with the rules made under the proviso to Article of the Constitution of India. (b) Appointment to the post (s) for which no Service rules exists if the post are within the purview of the Commission recruitment in consultation with them.

5. I have perused the entire pleadings of the case so also the relevant provisions of Rajasthan Service Rules, 6.
